Booking any cancellation of additional hours policy

​

 

Imagine-Nation will always try out best to be able to help parents by giving extra sessions or hours of childcare wherever possible.

 

Parents can request extra sessions via email to imaginenationwimbledon@gmail.com and once confirmed by the manager the amount owed must be paid in advance via our websites booking system.

 

Once payment is received we will confirm your successful booking of your extra session or hours of childcare. Extra sessions will no longer be invoiced monthly alongside your child’s regular hours. They have to be paid upfront via our online Booking system.

 

Once sessions are booked in they cannot be cancelled. With 48 hours notice the session can be moved to another date providing there is space.

 

The rules regarding reducing or extending regular monthly sessions remain as our current reducing or extending sessions policy states.
